- Lime Juice2.5 cl
- Pineapple Syrup2.5 cl
- St. Germain1.5 cl
- Angostura Bitters2 dashes
- Pepper1 pinch
- Lavender2 sprigs

Double strain in a chilled double old fashioned glass with abig ice cube.
