Ingredients
- Light Rum1 1/2 oz
- Triple Sec1 1/2 tsp
- Lime Juice1 tblsp
- Sugar1 tsp
- Egg White1
- Mint1

Fruity, sweet, with a spirit forward note.
Method
Combine and shake all ingredients (except mint) with ice and strain into an old-fashioned glass over ice cubes. Add the sprig of mint and serve.
